Free The Children’s work is governed by its core values. They shape the culture and define the character of our organization.
These core values hang on the wall of every office and hallway of Free The Children around the world. From Canada to Kenya to Ecuador, each team member knows them by heart. But it’s so much more than recitation. At Kenya’s Bogani Cottages, for instance, staff members will not only share the Core Values with visitors and guests, they’ll state which particular core value they are focused on and putting into practice for that day.
