The wonderful people at Air Canada Kids’ Horizons Foundation have donated literally millions of aeroplan miles to Free The Children to minimize travel expenses. Their generosity ensures that our staff can host leadership training programs in schools across the country, in addition to providing scholarships for youth to participate in the annual We Day celebration for social change. Free The Children encourages our supporters, in turn, to support the remarkable work of Kids’ Horizons by donating their own aeroplan miles for a great cause. Our friends at Pareto help Free The Children with large-scale logistical and administrative support services. Usually only provided to large companies, Pareto helps provide shipments of supplies to our regional offices, large-scale storage of books and bulk printed resources and mailing important updates to our stakeholders twice a year. Pareto is also instrumental in the delivery of We Day, and its employees have created a mentorship program for our team members in the areas of marketing, human resources and IT. |
