Interesting fact: Edmond is a motor vehicle enthusiast. He has his motorcycle license and more than 40 hours of in-air experience toward his pilot's license.
Edmond joins Free The Children as an IT Manager. He obtained his bachelor of arts-information technology degree from York University. Having worked for an education center previously, Edmond loves the idea of combining his knowledge of technology with his desire to make a difference in the lives of children.
Born in Hong Kong, Edmond moved to Canada when he was 10 years old. Having to uproot his life and move to a whole new country, Edmond feels he now has the best of both worlds. He has continued to maintain his Chinese culture and heritage, and has also been given the opportunity to integrate himself into to the Canadian multi-cultural way of life. He believes this upbringing has allowed him to see the world with an open mind and spirit.
During his free time, Edmond likes to play computer games. He is also a television fan, with The Simpsons and Family Guy being at the top of his list of favourite shows. Edmond is an avid LEGO collector, with most of the sets still remaining in their unopened boxes.
