Interesting fact: Rossana enjoys loitering atop abandoned sugar silos, old theatres and unsuspecting strangers' homes.

Rossana Tudo joined the team at Free The Children in the international programming department as an administrative coordinator in 2009. After attending various anti–war demonstrations in high school, she met some inspiring young people who were making a difference in their community. Since then, she knew she wanted to dedicate herself to affecting positive social change around her.

Born and raised in Toronto, Rossana has a bachelors of arts degree in international development studies. As an undergraduate, she volunteered at elementary schools in the Montreal area as a social justice education workshop facilitator. She admits that this experience involved some of the most challenging tasks she's ever faced, but was thrilled to see that she was able to engage young people in issues they care about. Additionally, she worked for three years as a political science research assistant, delving into the issues surrounding how and why young people become civically and politically engaged. She is a social creature at heart, and loves being surrounded by those with positive energy.

Rossana loves riding her bike, uninhibitedly dancing and spending her days lounging around on patios. She grew up as a dinosaur aficionado and learned that her name spelled backwards is Anassor, leading her to believe that her love for prehistoric lizards was preordained at birth.
