Global Voices
Welcome to Global Voices, an exciting classroom-based program aimed at developing global citizens!
This unique educational program gives educators the opportunity to inspire their students to change the world through issues-based activities and discussion.
The Column
Craig and Marc Kielburger’s Global Voices column appears in the Toronto Star and Vancouver Sun every Monday. Each column highlights a social or global issue currently in the news and aims to heighten the global awareness of young people around the world.
The Resources
It is easy to bring this program to your students by signing up to receive free elementary and secondary school lesson plans. These activities are prepared in advance by our Director of Teacher Development and are meant to help educators reach learning objectives; each classroom-based lesson has a direct curriculum tie-in that corresponds to every column.
Each Monday morning the column and accompanying resources are sent to your e-mail inbox making Global Voices a new opportunity to motivate your students every week!
