Fundraise for Adopt a Village

Educators are our strongest ally in creating sustainable change through education. In fact, we simply couldn’t do it without you. All the information in this section is designed to help you bring global issues and the spirit of volunteerism into your classrooms in a way that’s accessible and engaging for your students.

Participate in the Adopt a Village campaign and fundraise for a country or pillar of your choice.

1. Brick by Brick

Part of the Adopt a Village education pillar, Brick by Brick helps you raise money to build a new school from the ground up. You will be provided with a Brick by Brick poster to track your progress and additional campaign resources. Connect with your Educational Programming Coordinator and sign up to receive a kit.

2. Clean Water and Sanitation

Part of the Adopt a Village clean water and sanitation pillar, this campaign helps you support the construction of a clean water project in a rural community. Contact your Educational Programming Coordinator for more information and to sign up for a kit, which includes a poster and additional resources.

3. Health

Support health projects as part of Adopt a Village and help build healthy communities. Connect with your Educational Programming Coordinator for more information.

4. Alternative Income and Livelihood

Help give women sustainable livelihoods by supporting this Adopt a Village pillar. Contact your Educational Programming Coordinator to sign up for the campaign kit and receive the accompanying poster and resources.

5. Agriculture and Food Security

Helps us provide agricultural tools and ensure food security to a rural community through tree planting, school nutrition programs, irrigation projects and the provision of seeds for farms and gardens. Connect with your Educational Programming Coordinator for more information.
