One of the most pressing issues directly impacting poverty alleviation today is the growing challenge of food security, the availability of and access to an adequate amount of healthy, nutritious food that meets populations’ dietary needs and food preferences. The lesson package—made possible thanks to the support of PotashCorp—was created to provide educators with a comprehensive lesson on the purpose and inner workings of the Agriculture and Food Security pillar.
In partnership with RBC, we are excited to share It All Adds Up and Tout S’Additionne (the English version maybe found in the Library of Resources), a diverse lesson plan package to help students learn personal finance skills and vocabulary to achieve their goals and change the world.

Global Voices is a weekly social issue based column written by Craig and Marc Kielburger with accompanying elementary and secondary resources. This unique educational program allows educators the opportunity to bring current local and global social issues into the classroom. The resources are developed to introduce topical and sometimes difficult issues through discussion questions, mapping exercises and issue-based activities. Sign up to receive the column and resources in your inbox every Monday during the school year.Sign up Learn more
