If there's one thing I know for sure, it's that nothing has the power to incite change like a group of passionate young voices, raised in unison.
Many young people tell me they feel like no one else at their school seems to care about making a difference. As you navigate through these pages, you'll see that you're not alone. In communities where there is little money, no hospital and rare access to a doctor, easily-treatable problems become very dangerous. The effects of poverty like lack of food, clean water and sanitation compounds the seriousness of the situation.

Every child in the world has the right not to work, deserving of a fair chance to learn and be healthy. But unfortunately, many kids fall through the cracks and can't get out by themselves.

This group put on The Festival of Sound and a "Be The Change" conference featuring Craig Kielburger, raising funds and awareness for an Alternative Income project to create sustainable community development.
Angelo Patri School
Not only did this group of middle-schoolers pull off a successful Carnival fundraiser, but across the school students are benefitting from "community" that the program has created.
