Make some noise

Taking the Vow of Silence is a powerful action but we need to make sure that our silence speaks well after that 24 hours is up! That’s why this year we are holding a wrap-up event and live concert for you and hundreds of others taking the Vow this year. Share your experiences and the actions you plan to take now that the campaign is over, listen to speakers and bands passionate about social justice and celebrate the amazing work you are doing to change the world!

Hosted by MTV’s Jessi Cruickshank, featuring live performances by Me to We Music’s Louise Kent, and with an address by our very own Craig Kielburger, this will be an event like no other!

Join us on March 6, 2009, at 8:00 p.m. at the legendary Masonic Temple in Toronto to break the silence and celebrate this year’s Vow of Silence campaign with a bang! Be a part of history, tell your friends and reserve your tickets! Tickets are $20 and available online at www.metowe.com/events/breakthesilence beginning on February 12.
