Hey youth leaders!
I hope that you are all enjoying a fantastic summer and taking time to reflect on how each and every one of you has helped to make a lasting difference in the lives of your peers.
Things at the Free The Children office are busy as always! We are working really hard to get things ready for next year to make sure it is the best year ever. The new YouthZone on our website rocks, and the campaigns for next year are amazing.
Plus, we keep hearing inspiring stories from our overseas volunteer trips. Our Leaders Today trips have been going great. From building schools in Kenya, to volunteering in Mexico and India - youth are making a huge difference in the world, one day at a time.
You still have a chance to improve your leadership skills and meet other amazing change-makers. All you have to do is attend this year's Toronto Take Action! Academy.
Make sure to keep us updated on all of your activities this summer - we love hearing your stories and accomplishments. And don't forget...we are always here to answer any of your questions, so give us a shout.
